Rod Cartocci, BS, MPE, DIP CN, DIP SN, is a nutrition specialist and a member of the Reduced-carbohydrate/Increased-Healthy-Fat Clinician’s Network in the US. He works to create awareness of,  and to educate and promote for the health benefits of a lower-carbohydrate, increased-fat diet and its ramifications for reversing the overweight, obesity and type 2 diabetes epidemics.
