Domini Kemp is a chef, food writer and food entrepreneur in Ireland, and author of  The Ketogenic Kitchen with nutritional therapist, Patricia Daly. It is two books in one. The section is low-carb; the second section is an introduction to keto. Domini is also a food writer and owner of the Alchemy Juice Co (http://www.alchemyjuice.ie/#about-1), which is located in Dublin. It specialises in cold-pressed- juices and wheat-free, dairy free and sugar-free salad boxes, soups and stews, which are low carb and some of which are suitable for Paleo and Ketogenic diets.
