Elina Rofin is a dietitian at the Glandt Center for Diabetes Care in Tel Aviv, Israel.  The Center is run by Israeli endocrinologist Dr Mariela Glandt who has pioneered low-carbohydrate, high-healthy-fat (LCHF) and ketogenic diet therapies to treat and prevent obesity, type 2 diabetes and related complications in Israel.
