Carolyn Rogers is a psychologist in private practice in Brisbane, Australia. She has a special interest and years of experience in LCHF nutrition, weight management, eating disorders, food addiction and holistic treatments for mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety. Before training to become a psychologist she was a registered nurse for many years, so she is very familiar with the  medical model. She believes functional medicine has a lot to offer because it looks for the cause rather than just treating symptoms. This approach applies to mental health as well.
