DR GARRY LEE

Dr Garry Lee is a retired histopathologist in Cork, Ireland. (The Irish form of his name is Gearóid Ó Laoi). Dr Lee studies nutritional science until he is “blue in the face”.  Not surprisingly, Dr Lee lives an low-carb, high-fat (LCHF) lifestyle and has given lectures on LCHF in hospitals. He is a photographer and keen cyclist and “cycletourist”, a sport he has enjoyed for the past 35 years. He has personal experience of the benefits of fat as a source of energy rather than glucose.
