Nelly and Ulrich Genisson run EatFat2BeFit.fr, the first French language information site on the LCHF and Ketogenic diet for health, weight loss, disease and optimum sports performance. They have been following an LCHF diet since 2013 and speak from personal experience on the benefits. They will be publishing the first comprehensive book on LCHF nutrition in French in April 2017.
