DR ANIL SHASTRY

Anil Shastry is a Radiologist in London, Ontario, Canada.  He is an advocate for living and enjoying life as best as possible in accordance with our genetic expectations, which includes eating natural whole foods, exercising to maximize performance while respecting rest-stress balance, enjoying a decent amount of sun, playing whenever possible, learning things that he considers fun, and most importantly spending time with family and friends.  To get the most out of life, and to help anyone else who is interested in doing so, Anil does things according to the Primal Blueprint instead of  “Conventional Wisdom”.
