Terri Lance PhD is a behaviour coach at The Fasting Method. Behaviour coaching combines Terri’s research knowledge in the areas of therapeutic fasting and nutrition with her clinical experience as a licensed behavioural psychologist and educator. She practises what she preaches. Terri achieved 85lbs weight loss and reversed type 2 diabetes through intermittent fasting and low-carbohydrate eating strategies. Being able to regain control of her weight and health inspired her to educate others on sustainable dietary strategies. In 2017, she began training with Dr Jason Fung and Megan Ramos to become a behavior coach to help others address their mindset and develop healthy, sustainable habits. Coach Terri launched a new podcast with Daisy Brackenhall called Monday Mindset to share insights and strategies related to mindset and sustainable behaviour change.
