Dr Cucuzella has been to South Africa twice to teach running courses with LCHF pioneer Prof Tim Noakes. He found it inspiring to hear Prof Noakes’ thoughts, as he was learning and teaching the same approach in the US. At West Virginia University, he has achieved inpatient pathways now for diabetes mellitus remission.
