Rob Duncan is a Canadian Certified Banting Coach for The Real Meal Revolution. In 2015, he was diabetic and obese. A year later, he had reversed both these conditions. Rob now works to help reduce the twin epidemics of obesity and diabetics afflicting Canadians and the country’s health system, which he says is “collapsing around our ears”.
